Kansas City makes the list of top ten cities to start a career

St. Louis, Milwaukee and Cleveland top the list of the best cities in which to launch a career, according to LinkedIn’s latest Workforce Report, which combines data from LinkedIn and Zillow. Based on a combination of housing rental costs, starting salaries and available job opportunities, Midwestern cities dominate the ranking, with Cincinnati and Indianapolis rounding out the top five. Also on the list are Kansas City, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Columbus, Houston, Durham, Charlotte, San Antonio, Phoenix and Dallas-Ft. Worth.
